Rosa received her B.A. Degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago and earned her J.D. degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and the State of Texas. Rosa was born in Michoacan, Mexico. She immigrated, at a young age, to the United States and understands first-hand the plight of immigrants. Rosa was raised in Pilsen, a community in the south side of Chicago, Illinois and later relocated to Houston, Texas. Her personal experiences as a minority woman call for a deeper connection with her clients.
