About

I advise employers and employees across a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. With substantial experience in employment litigation, I have achieved numerous favorable results—including summary judgments, dismissals, and advantageous settlements—that have helped clients avoid costly trials and reputational risks. In addition to litigation, I partner with employers to develop legally sound, operationally effective workplace policies and employee handbooks that reduce risk while promoting a fair and inclusive workplace environment. I've also served as an independent investigator and fact-finder in high-stakes cases involving workplace misconduct. Before transitioning to private practice, I spent several years in senior HR leadership at a large transportation company, where I gained firsthand knowledge of the strategic decision-making and operational pressures faced by employers as well as the varied workplace issues experienced by employees. I leverage my unique experience and skillset to advise my clients and help them reach their goals. Education and Background Admissions Seminars & Speaking Engagements
