Mr. Ron Attanasio was born in Richmond, Virginia in March of 1960, was raised in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin (B.S. Business Administration with Honors in 1982) and The University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D. Doctor Of Jurisprudence in 1985). Ron was admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Tennessee in 1985, as well as the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Attanasio is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations, and has served as the President Of the Board Of Governors of The Second Harvest Food Bank Of East Tennessee, as a mentor/tutor in the Knox County Adult Literacy Program, and an attorney member of the Honorable Sharon J. Bell Knox County Governmental Law Library Committee. Mr. Attanasio's practice has an emphasis on litigation (jury and non-jury trials), representing plaintiffs in damage cases involving personal injury and defective products, as well as domestic, corporate and probate matters; and although Mr. Attanasio's practice is located in Knoxville, he practices in all East TN surrounding counties and has represented numerous clients from outside the State of Tennessee. Ron is married to his high-school sweetheart, Linda Butler Attanasio, a Teacher of the Visually Impaired with Knox County Schools and has two adult children, Ryan, a Business Analyst and Meagan, an Attorney.
