Ronald D. Mercaldo is the founder of Mercaldo Law Firm in Tucson, Arizona, established in 1978 with a focus on representing plaintiffs in serious injury and wrongful death cases. Over the past 15 years, the firm has honed its expertise in medical malpractice, following Mr. Mercaldo’s transition from a larger firm where he served as a partner in both insurance defense and plaintiff representation. He earned his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Arizona, completing his studies in 1970. Since then, Mr. Mercaldo has dedicated his career to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, having declined insurance company clients for over 25 years.
