Mr. Roger Nayar is the Founder and Owner of the Nayar Law Group PLLC. He has extensive experience in representing both individuals and corporations in immigration-related matters. He has worked on numerous difficult cases involving PERM applications and audits, employment-based green cards, family-based visas, removals & deportation, citizenship, consular processing, asylum, H1-B including non-profit companies and federal litigation. Being an immigrant himself, he understands the difficulty companies and individuals face and works diligently to ensure their case meets with success. He is admitted to practice across all State courts in Oklahoma, the Western District of Oklahoma Federal Court and the U.S. Tax Court. He fights passionately for all his clients, and also has trial experience. He believes in regular communications with all his clients to keep them updated of their case. The best part of his day is when he is able to make a difference in the life of his client. Prior to being a lawyer, he spent 15 years in the corporate finance world, which helps him understand the intricate pieces of a business. This is invaluable in his representation of companies in immigration-related matters. Mr. Nayar understands every case is unique and advises the client on possible multiple strategic avenues. He treats his clients like family and is always excited to launch himself into a new case. Mr. Roger Nayar attained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Oklahoma City University. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Science (Finance) from Boston College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
