Approximately half of my practice involves teaching a wide array of import and export topics on behalf of Amber Road-Global Trade Academy. I have taught such international trade-related topics worldwide for over ten years. The other half of my practice primarily involves customs issues, export license requirements, embargoes and lesser sanctions, and a range of legal topics impacting trade and doing business overseas and in America from CFIUS requirements to antiboycott compliance.
