About
Robert R. Atkins, Jr. is Of Counsel at Chartwell Law. He graduated of St. Joseph's Preparatory School in 2000. Robert received his JD from Suffolk University Law School in 2011 with a Concentration in International Law. He also received a MSc from University College London in Paleoecology of Human Societies and his BA from Boston University in Archaeology. He is also a member of the honors chapter of Phi Delta Phi. During college, Robert worked as a volunteer at the Philadelphia Law Department focusing on Americans with Disabilities Act litigation. While in law school, Robert founded Suffolk University Law School's Cultural Property Law Association along with the Cultural Heritage Moot Court team. He led the team at the Cultural Heritage Moot Court Competition in 2009 and 2010 and continues to provide coaching and guidance for its members. He also interned with the Office of House Counsel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Robert's practice is focused on general litigation. He volunteers his time with Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
