About
I am a jury trial lawyer with outstanding litigation and trial teams staffed for emergency matters and major national cases at FisherBroyles, LLP. We accept and utilize alternative fee arrangements. My litigation and trial experience over many years is cutting-edge, diversified and encompasses all aspects of intellectual property litigation: patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and antitrust, licensing, economic and cyber-espionage. Co-counsel and local counsel arrangements work well in addition to lead trial counsel assignments. Strategic counseling also plays a big role in my day-to-day practice. My goal is to provide top-tier legal services at lower costs with project management budgets, litigation support outsourcing, and elimination of wasteful overhead. The FisherBroyles Law Firm 2.0® business model allows FisherBroyles to produce high quality work product, deliver it faster and more efficiently, and offer rates that are logical, predictable, and flexible. I am the General Editor of the Illinois Institute Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Intellectual Property Law Handbook; I serve on the Adjunct Faculty of John Marshall Law School where I teach Advanced Trade Secrets Law; I am a Past President of the Intellectual Property Association of Chicago (IPLAC). I am recognized as a "go-to" intellectual property lawyer by CHAMBERS, LEGAL 500, BEST LAWYERS, SUPER LAWYERS and LEADING LAWYERS. Managing Intellectual Property magazine has selected me as an "IP STAR".
