Robert M. Anderson is a seasoned attorney based in Allenhurst, NJ, at Escandon, Fernicola, Anderson, Covelli & McPherson, where he has been practicing law for 26 years. A graduate of New York Law School in 1986, he was admitted to the New Jersey State Court and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey shortly thereafter. His legal journey continued to flourish as he gained admission to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in 1999. Mr. Anderson is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is a proud member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has a wealth of experience, having successfully litigated hundreds of cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. His extensive trial experience includes arguing before the Appellate Division of the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court, showcasing his commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
