I specialize in household employment law. Our firm, Legally Nanny, is the leading law firm representing household employers and domestic employment and homecare agencies. I assist household employers in hiring nannies, elder care providers and other employees legally; draft employment and severance agreements; and defend disputes involving employees or government agencies. We also represent nanny agencies, homecare agencies, individuals and businesses in a variety of labor & employment, dispute resolution and business matters. Finally, I serve as an expert witness on household employment legal and tax issues, including calculating the cost of childcare in divorce proceedings. --- Bob graduated from Georgetown University magna cum laude.
