Robert A. Loefflad has been practicing law since 1996. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey. Mr. Loefflad concentrates his practice in the fields of family law, divorce, child custody disputes, mediation services, bankruptcy, foreclosures, mortgage modifications, and debt relief. He was approved for admission to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases (Divorce Mediation) in September 2013. Mr. Loefflad is a 1993 graduate of Villanova University where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. He was also recognized for completing the Honors Program sequence in liberal arts. After graduation, Mr. Loefflad continued his studies at the Villanova University School of Law where he distinguished himself as a student editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1996 obtaining the degree of Juris Doctor. Mr. Loefflad is a life long resident of Atlantic County, New Jersey, and currently resides in Linwood. He services on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic/Cape May Chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the executive board of the Vincent S. Haneman Inns of Court.
