Ms. Hosseini is currently an associate in the Cobb Cole DeLand office specializing in land use and environmental law. More specifically, she focuses on property matters ranging from variances, special exceptions, easements, and code enforcement matters to assisting in entitlement work and community development district work for large master planned developments. Nika represents clients through such processes in a myriad of local government jurisdictions and in front of various types of boards. In her free time, Nika enjoys working on her foundation, which provides accessible and clean drinking water to villages throughout Uganda, as well as providing pro-bono work to non-profit organizations throughout the state involved in eradicating hunger and homelessness. She also enjoys spending quality time with her large family, traveling the world, and petting every dog she comes across.
