About

I am a real estate attorney based in New York who retains strong ties to the real estate community in Philadelphia, my hometown. I enjoy working on a variety of commerical real estate transactions both on the east coast and elsewhere. Working with me solves the problem many middle market clients face. They want strong legal counsel that will actually work on their deals - they don't want to pay for training new law graduates or duplicative time spent by partners reviewing associate work. They want one point of contact who will take their transaction from LOI to closing on time and on (or under) budget. Someone who works with clients just like them, who has seen and addressed legal issues they will encounter, and gets ahead of their issues.

About Real Estate Law

Real estate attorneys handle legal matters involving property transactions, disputes, and development. They ensure smooth closings and protect clients' property rights. Common matters include property purchases, sales transactions, title disputes, landlord-tenant issues.
