About
Reid Felsing is a Saginaw native who earned his bachelor’s degree from Saginaw Valley State University. After his undergraduate studies, Reid obtained his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, with a Corporate Law concentration. In 2010, Reid was named the Public Interest Fellow for the Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic at Michigan State University College of Law. There, he counseled small businesses and tax-exempt organizations, supervised legal work product of student clinicians, and led instruction in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property, and tax compliance. To better serve the SBNP Clinic, Reid pursued his Master of Laws in Corporate Law and Finance from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Before starting his solo practice, he worked at Knaggs Brake, P.C. Currently, Reid lives in Delta Township with his wife, Sarah, and two sons, Luke and Max. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing table-top games, and binging on Netflix.
