Reginald M. Jones is a Litigation Partner and Chair of the Federal Government Contracts and Procurement practice group at Fox Rothschild LLP in Washington, D.C. With a robust portfolio, Reggie represents national and international contractors, engineering and design firms, construction managers, and specialty trade contractors. His practice is dedicated to both the prosecution and defense of federal and commercial claims litigation across federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals, and in private arbitration and mediation. Reggie’s expertise encompasses the preparation and defense of bid protests at various levels, including Agency, GAO, and the Court of Federal Claims, as well as size protests before the Small Business Administration. He is adept in developing and implementing federal business ethics and compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and defending clients against False Claims Act allegations. His extensive experience also includes navigating DCAA audits, providing suspension and debarment defense, negotiating termination for convenience settlements, and addressing default terminations. Reggie has effectively resolved claims involving constructive changes, delays, and differing site conditions for clients including service contractors and GSA Schedule contractors. Additionally, he has successfully advocated for clients before agencies such as the GSA, VA, USACE, NAVFAC, and the Department of Homeland Security, among others. Outside of his legal practice, Reggie enjoys wine collecting, following Washington Nationals baseball, cheering for the Atlanta Falcons, supporting Georgia Bulldogs football, and fishing for Redfish with his two sons.
