After graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law, Attorney Rebecca C. Bell joined the Port Richey law firm of Delzer, Coulter & Bell, P.A. She has now been with the firm for more than 20 years, focusing on elder law, estate planning, and estate and trust administration. She was certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education in 2006.
