Randy’s mission statement is to provide targeted, efficient, legal problem solving through negotiation and litigation. People contact attorneys for a host of different reasons, but the desired outcome is always the same: to satisfy the client with the most productive, cost effective legal representation possible. To that end, Randy is aggressive against legal adversaries; yet kind, understanding, and accessible to his clients. Randy is a general practice attorney enjoying success in all areas of civil law including; but not limited to, collections, consumer protection, contracts, construction, credit card defense, debtor/creditor rights, estate planning, foreclosure defense, litigation, mortgage abuse, powers of attorney, probate, real estate, taxation, and will drafting. Randy is admitted to practice law in all Ohio state courts as well as the federal Southern and Northern United States District Courts.
