Mr. Phillips' practice focuses on medical malpractice, products liability and other cases involving catastrophic injury or death. He practiced in Tennessee and Georgia for the last 11 years before returning home to Charlotte. Mr. Phillips received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1991, and his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1994. Currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia, Mr. Phillips is also admitted to practice before numerous federal courts in those states and the 6 th Circuit Court of Appeals.
