Ms. Wetta is a trial lawyer who represents clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. She is a member of the firm’s General Litigation practice group and her regular practice areas include insurance defense, contract disputes, creditors’ rights, torts, and employment litigation. Ms. Wetta has also represented clients in front of various regulatory agencies, including the State Farm Service Agency. She is an active member of the state and local bars, as well as the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel.
