Common questions
Do I have to pay to be listed on Law.AI?
No. We list practicing lawyers across the United States for free. Claiming your profile and editing it is also free. Premium and lead-gen are optional upgrades.
What counts as a “qualified matter”?
A consumer who completes our intake flow describing a legal need that matches your practice area, geography, and the matter parameters you set. Robocalls, spam, and duplicate submissions don’t count and aren’t billed against your allowance.
How is Premium priced between $99 and $299?
Premium pricing scales by the competitiveness of your city + practice combination. A premium upgrade in a high-volume search market (e.g., personal injury in Los Angeles) is priced higher than a low-competition niche. You’ll see your exact price when you start the upgrade flow.
Can I switch between lead-gen tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle; we don’t prorate down so you keep the allowance you’ve already paid for in the current month.
Are leads really exclusive at Gold?
Within your specific city + sub-specialty, yes. A Gold subscriber in “Brooklyn family law” will not see the same consumer matter sent to any other lawyer. We may still send the matter to lawyers in adjacent geographies if the consumer is open to remote representation.
