I have 30 plus years of experience litigating business and real estate disputes in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I chair the litigation department of Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, a regional law firm based in Rhode Island. We have offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. We view litigation as a last resort and oftern recommend mediation and arbitration as less costly alternatives to litigation.
