Mr. Shaw handles his firm’s civil litigation as well as criminal prosecution for municipalities in Northern Utah. He has been involved in litigation regarding personal injury, contracts, copyright, real estate, product liability, insurance, premises liability, employment, worker’s compensation and other commercial disputes. Mr. Shaw received his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and later graduated from law school at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. After finishing law school, Mr. Shaw practiced law in California for six years before joining the firm of Ericson & Shaw. Mr. Shaw is currently licensed to practice law in the States of Utah and California and handles litigation cases in both states. Mr. Shaw attended The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California and received his Juris Doctor in May 2004. Mr. Shaw also attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah and received a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, May 2000.
