I am a Healthcare Practice and Estate Planning Attorney, which means I represent Physicians, Dentists and other health care professionals on a variety issues in in their careers and practices. These include employment contracts, practice start-ups, buy-ins, partnerships and sales, licensing and disciplinary matters, regulatory matters and other legal matters that come up in the daily running of a medical practice. I also help doctors, business owners and families with their asset protection and estate planning needs. In representing our healthcare clients I often take on the role of "outside" inhouse counsel.
