I am a biomedical informatics attorney with a National Library of Medicine post-doctoral fellowship in Biomedical Informatics, who also practices law with the Schwabe law firm out of Portland, Oregon. I Co-Chair Schwabe's Healthcare Information and Technolgy Group and serve as a legal architect for many of the more innovative provider/health plan aligned financial incentive arrangements across the United States. An economist by education, with a CPA, and an MBA (Finance) and an MBI (Biomedical Informatics), my skills as an attorney in this area are quite unique.
