Paul Jun’s practice focuses on advising clients in a variety of M&A, securities law, finance and general corporate matters, particularly in connection with cross-border transactions. Fluent in Japanese and with over a decade of experience working in Tokyo, he has particular expertise advising Japanese clients in corporate transactions involving the U.S. A small sample of Paul’s broad transactional experience includes advising: In addition to advising on all aspects of M&A and securities law matters, Paul is also available to advise on finance and general corporate matters, including secured and unsecured loan agreements, sales and supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, license agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, among others. Paul is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Jun Avila, Paul worked at the Tokyo offices of top tier international law firms.
