Paul is a litigation partner whose practice focuses on complex commercial and real estate litigation. He litigates matters involving real estate, insurance, banking, business dissolutions and general contract disputes, among others. Paul practices in both state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey at the trial and appellate levels. Paul is a keen and practical problem-solver, helping Herrick's clients succeed in their commercial disputes, title insurance claims, foreclosures, trademark disputes, insurance coverage actions, and construction and redevelopment matters. Paul worked on Wall Street before beginning his legal career, and served as counsel for a large real estate development company in the New York metropolitan area before joining Herrick.
