I have 23 years experience as a large law firm real estate, land use, environmental, and government attorney. I bring this background to Project Law LA with a lower billing rate platform suitable to today's real estate businesses. PRACTICE FOCUS: Land Use, Entitlements/Permits, Real Estate Transactions including purchase and sale and lease work, Litigation & Defense of Entitlement Challenges, Public/Private Development, REITs, Government, Environmental. COUNSEL TO DEVELOPERS, SHOPPING CENTERS, BUILDERS, OWNERS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: For the past 13 years, I have exclusively represented shopping centers, developers, builders, owners and financial institutions to serve their real estate transactional and documentary needs. PAST COUNSEL TO NUMEROUS CALIFORNIA CITIES: I have been City counsel and Redevelopment Agency counsel to several California cities, including Manhattan Beach, Santa Clarita, Alhambra, Downey, Brentwood, Sausalito, Mill Valley and Benicia and I served as City Attorney and Redevelopment Agency counsel in a number of those cities for over 10 years.
