With nearly 15 years of business management, credit & asset evaluation and legal experience in the financial services sector Tricia has become a skilled innovative thinker. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tricia supported the substantial growth of a wholesale residential mortgage branch as Operations Manager. As Director of Credit for a large wholesale mortgage originator she developed and implemented credit policy & procedure guidance enterprise wide. She focused on qualitative analysis of loan conformity and regulatory compliance in her roles as Director of Underwriting and as a Due Diligence Auditor. Tricia is knowledgeable of regulatory agencies and applicable finance laws with a focus on Dodd Frank and CFPB policy. She has in depth experience with residential mortgage and consumer credit practices. She has successfully handled modifications, deed-in-lieu transfers and consumer rights claims on mortgage transactions. Tricia has been involved in landlord tenant transactions and HOA disputes and understands the various issues that can arise. Tricia’s passion for smart, equitable solutions is foremost in all her endeavors.
