With nearly 15 years of business management, credit & asset evaluation and legal experience in the financial services sector Tricia has become a skilled innovative thinker. As Director of Credit for a large wholesale mortgage originator she developed and implemented credit policy & procedure guidance enterprise wide. She focused on qualitative analysis of loan conformity and regulatory compliance in her roles as Director of Underwriting and as a Due Diligence Auditor. Tricia is knowledgeable of regulatory agencies and applicable finance laws with a focus on Dodd Frank and CFPB policy. She has in depth experience with residential mortgage and consumer credit practices. She has successfully handled modifications, deed-in-lieu transfers and consumer rights claims on mortgage transactions. Tricia has been involved in landlord tenant transactions and HOA disputes and understands the various issues that can arise.
