Oganes Oganesyan is the principal and founder of Ness Law, Inc., based in Burbank, California. Since its establishment in July 2017, Ness Law has focused on various aspects of business litigation, personal injury, and lemon law. In recognition of his legal expertise, Mr. Oganesyan was named a California Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018, an honor bestowed upon only the top 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California. Before founding Ness Law, Mr. Oganesyan served as an associate at Keosian Berberian LLP from November 2013 to June 2017, specializing in personal injury law, particularly in cases involving catastrophic injuries, product liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He is widely respected for his straightforward and knowledgeable approach, which fosters trust among clients and colleagues alike. Mr. Oganesyan’s commitment to diligence, candor, and professionalism drives his pursuit of favorable outcomes for his clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a place on the Dean’s List. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, graduating in the top 15% of his class in May 2012 and receiving accolades such as the Dean’s Merit Award and the Rosenberg Scholarship. Mr. Oganesyan has actively contributed to local and national bar associations, including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and serves as a Board Member for the Southwestern Nickel Club, mentoring current law students.
