About

My practice focuses on business immigration law matters with an emphasis on technology startup companies and entrepreneurs setting up operations in the United States. I am advising domestice and international corporation on retaining international talents as well on relocation of corporate executives, managers and key employees to the United States. I have extensive experience representing domestic and international clients in all types of business nonimmigrant petitions and applications before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS). I routinely counsel clients’ management teams and human-resource executives on non-immigrant work visas, employment-based immigrant visas, and employment visas based on bi-national treaties executed by the U.S. with respect to the exchange of trade (E-1 Treaty Trader) or investments in a U.S. business (E-2 Treaty Investor). I also advise entrepreneurs and high-tech start-up companies on non-immigrant work visas for foreign key-personnel.
