Niema Mansouri is a graduate from St. Thomas School of Law and Business; where he has received his J.D/M.B.A in International Business. Additionally he completed his L.L.M in Financial Services from New York School of Law. Bar Admission: New York and New Jersey Public Notary: State of New York Licensed Real Estate Broker: State of New York Niema has spent time in working for various Investment Banks where he has lead very successful legal teams. Niema most recently assisted Credit Suissie and Bank of America Bank's Legal Documentation group, where he helped migrate and shift a series of Financial Contracts to a new Banking Entities. Before that consulted for Deutsche Bank and Nomura where he helped the various legal teams conduct Due Diligence, Review and Implement various Rules & Regulations, and Draft various Financial Contracts. Niema's education and vast experience will help you with your business and personal legal needs and find the right solution for you or your company. Niema is a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and currently serves as District Justice and Alumni Advisor, where he provides leadership training to current law students in the New York City Metro Area.
