Nicholis “Nick” Faussette, a dedicated attorney and partner at Faussette & Faussette PLLC, has established himself as a prominent figure in the Phoenix legal community since co-founding the firm with his twin brother, Jacob, in 2013. With a focus on DUI and DWI defense, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to every case he handles. Originally from Southern California, Nick moved to the Phoenix area during his teenage years. His passion for law was ignited by an inspiring aunt, leading him to pursue a career in the legal field. Recognizing the dynamic nature of criminal law, he was drawn to the challenges and opportunities it presented. Nick graduated from Cactus High School in Glendale, Arizona, in 2001. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English from Arizona State University in 2005. While attending the Phoenix School of Law, now known as Arizona Summit Law School, he balanced a demanding full-time job at AT&T Mobility with his legal studies, ultimately achieving his Juris Doctor degree in 2011. During his time in law school, Nick distinguished himself by participating in the Diversity Pipeline Program of the National Bar Association. This initiative not only connected him with major law firms in Phoenix but also allowed him to mentor high school students in mock trial competitions and gain valuable experience through externships with Maricopa County Superior Court judges. Since his admission to the State Bar of Arizona in 2013, Nick has dedicated himself to providing exceptional criminal defense for individuals facing DUI and DWI charges. He also offers court coverage services for fellow attorneys throughout Maricopa County, showcasing his commitment to supporting the legal community. Outside of his practice, Nick is actively involved in his church as a senior elder at Discipleship Ministries. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three young children, and in his leisure time, he finds joy in working out and watching films.
