Nick's practical experience encompasses a diverse range of legal work. He has practiced criminal defense and personal injury law at a prominent private firm in Spokane, clerked for the Washington Court of Appeals, and volunteered as a Special Deputy Prosecutor for the Spokane County Attorney's Office. After returning to Montana, he joined Skjelset & Geer in Missoula, focusing on plaintiff's civil litigation and criminal defense before taking on a pivotal role as a Deputy County Attorney for Yellowstone County. He also chaired the Yellowstone County DUI Task Force, underscoring his commitment to public safety and justice. Currently licensed to practice in all Municipal, State, and Federal Courts in Montana, Nick is passionate about providing effective legal representation for his clients, ensuring they receive the justice they deserve.
