About

I began working with immigrant communities in 1999 as a VISTA Volunteer at the Political Asylum Project of Austin in Texas (now American Gateways). I have been an attorney with Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd. (formerly Kempster Keller & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd.) since 2006 and practice exclusively in immigration and nationality law. I assist families, employers and individuals with a wide array of immigration processes from obtaining 'green cards' to citizenship. I also focus on employment-based immigration, including labor certification, researcher petitions, H-1Bs and other less common nonimmigrant visa types (O-1, P-1/3, etc.). I also work closely with investors to obtain nonimmigrant (E-1, E-2) or immigrant status (EB-5). I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) having appeared as a featured speaker at conferences and contributed to articles on employment- based immigration topics. .
