During this time, he represented major international banks in cross-border real estate financing, factoring, and securitization. His in-house assignment with Goldman Sachs' OTC-derivatives department further honed his skills in the world of finance and banking. Nathan is licensed to practice law in California, England, and Wales, allowing him to represent a diverse clientele from multiple continents.
