Prior to attending law school Nathan managed high exposure workers’ compensation claims for Wausau Insurance. After law school he worked as a senior trial attorney for one of the northwest’s leading defense firms. His current practice focuses exclusively on protecting the rights of injured workers. Nathan is the author of multiple legal blogs and has been featured on WorkCompCentral. He has also provided legal training for almost every insurer in the State of Oregon and has spoken at major industry events such as the Oregon Self-Insurers Association and Washington Self-Insurers Association annual seminars.
