Nathan R. Bogart is a seasoned attorney based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with over a decade of dedicated experience in immigration law and personal injury. He began his legal career in 2009 as a student attorney at the University of Arkansas School of Law Immigration Clinic, where he honed his skills in removal defense, asylum cases, I-751 petitions, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Nathan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2010, following his Bachelor's degree from the same institution in 2007. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Arkansas in September 2010, Nathan initially joined Matthews, Campbell, Rhoads, McClure & Thompson, P.A. in Rogers, Arkansas, where he focused on immigration matters. In 2012, he launched Bogart Immigration Law, LLC, in the Kansas City Metro area, further expanding his expertise in immigration law. After a successful tenure managing a Dallas-based firm’s marketing and litigation efforts, he returned to Northwest Arkansas to establish an office for Petty & Associates, PLLC, known as Arkansas Immigration Associates. In 2018, Nathan re-established his practice as Bogart Immigration, PLLC, emphasizing removal defense, family unification, and humanitarian cases. His firm has since grown to include a team of four attorneys and five paralegals, offering comprehensive immigration services, including criminal defense and business immigration. Nathan is passionate about serving his community and is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law with compassion and expertise.
