She has significant experience handling regulatory inquiries and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Dodd-Frank Act investigations brought by the Department of Justice and other federal regulatory bodies. Natasha also is accomplished in alternative dispute resolution options and proceedings. Thoughtful, well-researched, practical, and incisive in strategy development, Natasha works tirelessly, guiding clients through difficult issues smoothly and professionally. In addition, her background in economics, financial regulation, and monetary policy makes her well-positioned to deal with any facets of economics, risk, marketing, and damages analyses that arise in commercial disputes. Before joining Olshan, Natasha was a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster. Before that, she clerked for the Honorable Jerome Holmes, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Oklahoma City, now the court’s Chief Judge.
