Patent attorney practicing in all areas of intellectual property, with also over 10 years experience in commercial agreement work related to technology products and services. Throughout her career she has worked with all sizes of companies, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Natalie assists clients in the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements, including services (subscription and otherwise), reseller, referral, supply and manufacturing agreements. Her experience in this area touches a wide range of industries including software, online services, banking, life sciences, food, and healthcare. In particular, for at least the last 5 years, a large part of her practice has focused on drafting and negotiating IT-based agreements in the highly regulated financial services and information technology industries. Additionally, Natalie assists clients with a variety of transactions, including the acquisition/sale of assets and technology transfer. As a registered patent attorney, Natalie also assists clients with obtaining protection for their intellectual property by securing patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as with protecting and leveraging those rights through licensing, enforcement and defense. She routinely provides clients with business planning assistance to protect and enhance the value of their intellectual property, whether in connection with an established business or in connection with entity formation and starting a new business. Natalie has a Bachelor in Science from Texas A&M University where she also completed a University Undergraduate Research Fellowship. In 2002, she was awarded best life sciences thesis in connection with such Fellowship research in the field of molecular genetics. In her down time, Natalie enjoys running, live music, dressage, hiking, and chasing after her two kids.
