Natalia earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She graduated in the top 33-% of her class, achieving the highest grade in Constitutional Law. While at Loyola, she received a certificate in international studies and completed a study abroad program at Moscow State University. Natalia is a trial lawyer with experience in criminal and civil matters. Her practice involves state and federal cases. Although Natalia’s family immigrated to the United States in 2005, immigration law is not her only passion. She has also successfully litigated, as a plaintiff’s counsel, numerous personal injury cases. Her passion for criminal defense work captures the respect of clients and jurors alike. Her very first solo criminal trial resulted in a mistrial. Natalia has served as a specially appointed prosecutor in the Justice Court of Jackson County, Mississippi. While at Loyola, Natalia became an assistant to distinguished Family Law Professor M. Isabel Medina, working on an appellate brief to the Board of Immigration Appeals. She also clerked for a Gulf Coast personal injury firm and served as a summer intern to a Supreme Court Justice in Buffalo, New York. Natalia is licensed to practice law in New York and Mississippi. She is also eligible to practice before the District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
