Nancy Eckert is an entertainment and corporate attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience. She represents major label recording artists, hit song writers, award winning producers, independent record labels, and companies and businesses in a wide range of industries. Nancy is proud of her reputation for honesty and integrity and takes pride in offering personalized attention and nurturing developing artists and emerging entertainment companies. Nancy’s music and entertainment experience extends beyond the legal field. In addition to her law practice, Nancy was co-owner of a 15,000 square foot nightclub in South Florida that hosted concerts by national touring acts such as The Dixie Chicks, Tracy Lawrence, and John Michael Montgomery. Her varied background also includes working in the areas of publicity and marketing. Among other projects, Nancy is currently a partner in Verge Management, a management and consulting company dedicated to providing strategic business plans and creating opportunities for artists and companies in the music and entertainment industry. Nancy Eckert obtained her Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University, and her undergraduate degree in public relations from the University of Miami. Nancy is a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the TN Bar Association, as well as, a Sterling Member of the Country Music Association (CMA). She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee.
