Montgomery Y. Paek represents and counsels corporations and businesses before Nevada state and federal courts in connection with all types of employment matters arising under federal and state laws, including actions involving : Montgomery has successfully obtained injunctive relief and represented clients in relation to employee breaches of confidentiality duties, solicitation, trade secrets, non-compete agreements and in general commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Montgomery worked as a commercial litigator for a prominent regional law firm. Before becoming an attorney, he worked at an international imports/exports company that specialized in motor sports.
