Monique Lopez is an associate in the Fort Myers office. Mrs. Lopez focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and bodily injury. She served as an Associate Editor and Executive Articles Editor on the Ave Maria Law Review. She was also a member and the Mentor Chair of the Women's Law Association. During her time in law school, she was a judicial intern for the honorable Sherri Chappell in the United States Middle District Court. Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Mrs. Lopez served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. Thereafter, Mrs. Lopez focused her practice in insurance defense cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.
