Mitchell L. Lundeen is a Partner in the Miami office of The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP. Mr. Lundeen graduated from Vanderbilt University, cum laude, with a B.A. in 1975, and earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1977. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Lundeen concentrates his practice in general liability, commercial litigation, products liability, trucking litigation, construction litigation, and property and casualty litigation. He is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
