Michelle Evans is a current member of both the Academy of California Adoption Lawyers, and of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. She is an experienced litigator, having spent over half of her career in the courtroom, something that few adoption attorneys can say. She is a committee chair in the Academy of California Adoption Lawyers. Ms. Evans also maintains a dependency court practice, representing parents who may have their children removed from them due to neglect or abuse.
