Full website coming soon at Michelle A. Gastil (formerly Michelle A. Hoskinson) has been litigating in various areas of law for over the past ten years. She has handled litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and appellate proceedings in areas including debt collection/settlement, contract disputes for consumers and businesses, and unpaid wages. Specifically, Ms. Gastil seeks to assist individuals and businesses through the justice system in numerous areas of law, including unfair debt collection, violations of fair credit reporting, identity theft, defense of debt collection lawsuits, judgment enforcement, and contract/debt negotiation and settlement. Ms. Gastil can also provide legal services to environmental protection groups and/or individuals seeking to protect the environment and uphold compliance with environmental, land use, and open government laws. Ms. Gastil has been a long time environmental protection enthusiast and has been involved as a volunteer in cases dealing with land use development. Ms. Gastil has served as General Counsel for the Banning Ranch Conservancy, an Orange County based environmental protection group that seeks to conserve about 400 acres of land situated between Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. Along with assisting on legal research projects, Ms. Gastil has lead the Finance and Administration Committee to assist in the group's day to day dealings and processes.
