Since 1980, my practice has been limited to Business Bankruptcy. I regularly represent Debtors in Chapter 11 cases, and ordinarily confirm Plans of Reorganization. I represent creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency cases. I also represent landlords, including a NYSE REIT, in bankruptcy cases throughout the country. I pride myself on innovative strategies and responsiveness.
