A native of New Orleans, Michael boasts the accomplishments of being an Eagle Scout and an ardent outdoorsman. The aftermath of Hurricane Katrina marked a turning point in his life, where he participated in search and rescue efforts and confronted his family's insurance company's fraudulent tactics and sluggish claim processing. This experience highlighted the significance of legal support in claim recovery, fueling his eventual legal career. Michael's professional journey spans fraud investigations, law enforcement, disaster relief, and arbitration. While serving in law enforcement, he pursued higher education, earning a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Loyola University of New Orleans and attending Loyola College of Law, where he contributed to the Loyola Law Review. His multifaceted background has forged his unwavering passion to aid policyholders in disaster recovery, continuing his tradition of service and dedication akin to his law enforcement days, by supporting those in dire need.
