About

I am dedicated to providing superior legal representation. My commitment to excellence is demonstrated by my academic achievements: I was an associate editor of my law school's journal, published an article during my third year, and graduated with honors all while working a part-time job. I also studied international law in Salzburg, Austria with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. Outside of the classroom, I have applied my education working for two defense attorneys, two prosecutors, a private attorney, and most recently with District Judge John Bradbury. I have worked every type of criminal case including two capital cases, dozens of petitions for writs of habeas corpus, and several federal appeals. I know how the criminal system works, and that knowledge is a weapon that can make all the difference. I have an equally well-raounded body of work in civil law. I recently wrote judicial opinions on two large divorce cases and a higly contested custody appeal. While at a private firm I worked on several other divorces as well as numerous personal injury cases. That is what I have done, and I am proud of it. But what really sets me apart from other lawyers is the way I treat my clients. You will always be treated with respect. If you have a question, I will give you straight, clear answer. I will always answer my phone. I will meet you on weekends or after hours if necessary. Providing the very finest representation and building a reputation for honesty are not my highest priorities: they are my only priorities.
