Over the course of the past two years as an associate attorney I worked with corporations and limited liability companies in various industries, including publishing, entertainment, manufacturing, advertising, food, professional services, and financial, as well as not-for-profit organizations and assisted in the mergers of entertainment companies located in Los Angeles and Chicago as well as the complex merger and acquisition of several mid-west agricultural cooperative companies
